Numbers 33:48 locates the camp at the mountains of Abarim, the same place Moses is told to go in this verse.

Deuteronomy 3:27 repeats the command: Moses is to go up to Pisgah and view the land he will not enter.

Deuteronomy 32:49 gives the same command to go up Mount Nebo in Abarim and view Canaan.

Deuteronomy 34:1-4 fulfills the command: Moses goes up, sees the land, and dies.

Deuteronomy 32:52 confirms the consequence: you will see the land but not enter it.
