Genesis 31:34

Now Rachel had taken the images, and put them in the camel’s furniture, and sat upon them. And Laban searched all the tent, but found them not.

Cross-reference

In 31:19, Rachel steals her father's household gods while Laban is away shearing. Here in 31:34 she conceals them under her saddle and sits on them to hide the theft.

In 31:17, Jacob loads his family and goods onto camels for the flight. Rachel hides the gods in a camel saddle — the same packed animals from the departure.

In Genesis 35:2, Jacob commands his household to put away foreign gods — directly addressing the very idols Rachel hid here in her saddle.
