Exodus 38:2

And he made the horns thereof on the four corners of it; the horns thereof were of the same: and he overlaid it with brass.

Exodus 27:2 is the original command for horns of the altar; here in 38:2 that command is carried out, with identical wording.

Exodus 29:12 instructs putting blood on the horns of the altar—the same horns built here are the ones used in that consecration ritual.
