Deuteronomy 31:24-26 records Moses placing the Book of the Law beside the ark — the same scroll Hilkiah found in the temple.

In 2 Chronicles 34:14, the same discovery is described: Hilkiah finds the Book of the Law of the LORD given through Moses.
