Leviticus 22:24

Ye shall not offer unto the Lord that which is bruised, or crushed, or broken, or cut; neither shall ye make any offering thereof in your land.

Cross-reference

Leviticus 22:20 states the general rule against offering defective animals; 22:24 specifies castrated animals as a particular case under that rule.

Deuteronomy 23:1 applies the same physical condition (crushed testicles) to humans, barring them from assembly—parallel to the animal prohibition.

Deuteronomy 15:21 reiterates the ban on sacrificing defective animals, specifically for firstborns, reinforcing the same principle.
